 * Digital albums with either a soft or hard cover:

       Hard Cover - The hard cover design has a high-end feel that is reminiscent of fine art coffee table books. The cover can be printed full bleed, front to back.  It is covered with a protective coating to preserve its appearance for years to come. This is the most popular option!

       Soft Cover - For a more casual feel, try the soft-cover design, its perfect for guest books featuring images from your engagement shoot or for parent albums. This book is comfortable to hold and flip through, while still offering a fully printable cover with a protective coating to protect it from everyday wear and tear.

Sample Wedding Photography Contract:Description of Services: Coverage will begin___ hours prior to the start of the ceremony and continue no later then midnight. The proofs and on line gallery will be delivered not later than 35 days after the date of the wedding. All print prices will be supplied 14 days before the date of the wedding and are guaranteed for a period of six months following the date of the wedding. Orders placed after six months following the date of the wedding will be charged at the rates in effect on the most recently published price lists. 1. Copyright. Except as noted below, all photographs created by Photography By Fallon are copyright protected. It is a violation of federal copyright law to copy, scan, or allow photographs Photography By Fallon have created to be reprinted, duplicated, digitally reproduced, copied, scanned, or altered (digitally or otherwise), without Photography By Fallon’s express written permission. The Client agrees to purchase wedding photography prints directly from Photography By Fallon unless in possession of the digital negatives which can be purchased separately. The negatives/digital files remain our sole property unless purchased by the Client. 2. Archival. Upon 6 years after the wedding date the Client will be able to purchase all digital negative files of the wedding and the engagement photography sessions for an additional fee. 3. Exclusivity. In order for the Client to receive the best service and most compelling photos possible, Photography By Fallon must be the exclusive professional photographer for the wedding. Additional professional photographers may be employed only with prior written permission from Photography By Fallon. Guest photographers are welcome with one caveat: The photographer will request your intervention if a guest is inhibiting our ability to fully document your wedding. 4. Limits of liability. While every reasonable effort will be made to produce and deliver outstanding photographs of the wedding events, the entire liability of Photography By Fallon to the Client for any claim or loss arising from our performance is limited to a refund to the Client of the amount paid for services. Because a wedding is an uncontrolled event, Photography By Fallon cannot guarantee delivery of any specifically requested image(s). In the unlikely event of personal illness or other circumstances beyond the control of Photography By Fallon, a substitute photographer acceptable to you may be sent to fulfill the obligations of Photography By Fallon. In such case that the Client declines the substitute photographer, the Client may terminate this agreement and receive a full refund of all moneys paid. Photography By Fallon will not be held liable for the finished product or incomplete coverage in the event of tardiness or time restrictions placed on Photography By Fallon by the Client or any outside vendors, including clergy or church restrictions and/or policies on the day of the event. 5. Permissions. It is the clients responsibility to schedule and receive permission to use various locations for photography, including the wedding and reception locations and any other locations used during the day. 6. Payment for services. A non-refundable deposit of $200 is due at the signing of this Agreement. Upon receipt of the deposit Photography By Fallon will reserve your date and be available to you on that date. The deposit is applied toward your total investment agreement. A minimum 50% of the balance is due no less then fourteen days before the wedding date. The final payment of the balance owing is due no less than three days after the wedding date. Note that photography will not start until a 50% minimum is paid. If this Agreement is signed less than fourteen days from the wedding date, then all payments are due at signing. If the remaining balance is not paid in full one week after the date of the event, Photography By Fallon reserve the right not to deliver any part of any order, including previews until the balance is paid in full. Payments can be made using cash, cheque or electronic funds transfer. 7. Model Release. Photography By Fallon may only make reproductions for the Client or for the Photography by Fallon portfolio, samples, or self-promotions, or for professional competition and review. We will not make reproductions for other use without first obtaining written permission from you.
